Switch on the Social Housing layer to see which homes are recorded as social housing, and which used to be, across England and Wales. Tap any home for the dated records behind its mark: energy certificates, the 2011 national register and any sale since.
Tip: A solid teal mark is a home whose latest record says social housing. A hollow ring is a home that was, or that only the 2011 register lists.

Street reports now include a Nearby HMO Checker, drawn from a national register of licensed houses in multiple occupation. See how many are close by, how far away each one is, its size and when its licence runs out.

The crime layer is rebuilt on fresh police data. Hotspots are only flagged where the numbers support it, and each area shows how it compares with the rest of the country for each type of crime.
